Very tasty food, especially the burgers and our group was looked after very, very nicely by Marcel! Thank you very much again!

Restaurant was pretty full, but we were able to get a table, service very friendly. Bürger was good, baked potato was delicious! Portions are big enough! Felt a bit watched, but that was probably because we were sitting right at the entrance. Restaurant is definitely recommended, very nice there to eat well and drink cocktails !!

We were there shortly before opening hours after a hike and were greeted and served in a very friendly manner. The food was very good and we really satiated. Unfortunately there was no price given to make your own burger. In the end, I was very shocked about the price. Still 5 ⭐, especially for the nice service! (We felt very comfortable, also because of the interior)

Three of us spontaneously came to eat without a reservation. Despite being booked out, we were assigned a table until 5 p.m. From now on I should actually write a negative review, but I won't. Despite the fact that we were simply overlooked by 3 waiters for 40 long minutes, we were still amazed by this restaurant in the end. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was right. I will definitely come back to have a hamburger.

First of all: the food is delicious here, the staff is nice and the restaurant looks very nice inside. I can recommend it especially for families and groups. The 5 stars, however, come from a situation where Route 66 saved us the day. Some time ago we were out in the rain with a group of hungry young people and Route 66 provided the highest level of performance in a very short time. We were assigned a corona-capable area and the entire group was taken care of in perfect timing. Many thanks for the help! You truly saved us the day.

Restaurant cannot be reached by phone. processed: Your answer suggests that you don't seem to be critical! i tried to reach your restaurant for 60 minutes and you actually want to tell me that not one of your employees has a short time during that time to answer the phone ??? Then your employees are probably a little overwhelmed. Something like that is cheeky and unprofessional. Nevertheless, thanks for the feedback.

Amazing food and great service. After one burger plus side dish (chili cheese fries baked in the oven) I am totally full. I can really reccomend this restaurant.

Very good and freshly prepared food, great service, beautiful surroundings, a very nice stay even with children. We always like to go there. The children love to look at the animals and to feed them. The tree house is also very popular and the small playground, after which the ice cream tastes twice as good. Game and fish dishes are a pleasure for the palate.

My husband and I think the restaurant is contemporary for all events, irrespective of whether you are with a husband, acquaintance or clan; I think the prices are also absolutely fair. Just right to be able to eat a dessert afterwards. Not only the attentive restaurant staff was the absolute bestseller during my visit, but also the great ambience.

Great ambience, the configurability of the burger is great. Even if mistakes happen, we react in a friendly and courteous manner. My first choice for burgers in Kassel.

Excellent build-your-own burgers, juicy and tasty, we also loved the sweet-potato & the chilli-cheese fries. Next time I need to save some space for dessert. 😁😋 The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair. And last but not least ... an extra star for your SUPER service! Bit out of the way but the food was really nice, good friendly staff.

The food was amazing. The restaurant was located right next to the Wilhelmshöhe Park which made for some good hiking afterwards.

Best Burger experience! We were completely thrilled. Were before the official opening already there and were still greeted warmly and served directly. The service was very friendly. Everything came super fast and was fresh. it has us tasted fabulous. The prices and selection are great. We were unfortunately only for a short holiday in the area, otherwise we would definitely come regularly.

We went to Route 66 for the first time yesterday. The spare ribs were very good just like the fries, they were really nice and crispy. The ambience was nice, the service ladies and gentlemen were very nice and very quick. We did not make reservations, but we still got a place. We will be back definitely.

Everything was delicious! The pulled pork potato was amazing, great onions rings, and solid burgers.

Food very tasty, friendly, courteous and quick service. Corona deals confidently and as little as possible with the hygiene challenges of Corona. We felt extremely well catered for! :-)

I was disappointed. The burger patty was disgusting. The menu said the meat is fresh every single day but I had the impression that it was taken out of a freezer. The burger bun was even worse. It was greenish and didn't look good. It smelled and tasted like it was several weeks old. If you think about eating out in Kassel I would highly recommend you to avoid this place.

The table decorations on the tables and in the entire restaurant are appropriate and beautiful. The toilets are always clean and all in all the restaurant gives a nice impression. I am happy to come here with my relatives and can rely on being served impeccably. The selection of drinks was not bad for my husband and I! I was completely pleasantly surprised. We both will definitely reappear.

Just wow! Booked a table the evening before, that was good too, as the place was quite busy. The ambiance fits, the service was friendly and the food was a dream. Although we had to wait a long time, but we got a small compensation and the food was really worth the wait. Rarely eaten so well. Come again!

Better to reserve, at least to order a window seat. We were served quickly and friendly. The food came quickly to us and was super hot and delicious. It tasted really good. And nicely done. 4.5 stars is worth it.

Tastes great and medium is perfect too. Only recommended.

We went there with a group of about 30 people, so I will reserve judgement on speed of service. That's not easy for any restaurant. I thought the burger (I think it was called the Texas burger) and fries were quite tasty. The milkshake was more a cup of chocolate milk with some decoration. I would like to return with just my family to get a better sense of everything, but all things being equal, 4 stars.

Nice real Burger.

Average food. Terrible service. I went here without a reservation for a quick burger on a Saturday in the winter time. The server said we could sit if we were not going to take long. She then rushed rushed us the whole time by reminding us we had to hurrry - is that how you train your staff to treat paying customers? To top it off she was really rude to my boybfriend because he we did not fill the order sheet correctly? How hard is it to remember a cheeseburger with fries? I will not be setting foot here again.

Only good thing about this place is the friendly service. Food is really terrible. We had pulled pork, steak and a burger. Pulled pork was extremely salty and together with the over salted fries was enough to feel like a bacalao. The steak was like leather and had no flavour. The burger was OK but can't say much more than that.

The burgers are very subpar and the service could be better.

Nice american dinner

Service was reasonable, the food was terrible. I ordered the 360gr burger, medium. I got two stacks of 180, burned and dry. It was served in a brioche bun (of my choice) that was falling apart (not my choice). Terrible and disappointing.

The cheeseburger was tasty. The milkshakes too. The free coleslaw salad is very small and the normal one was more than enough for the two of us.

Great food,but no payment with Visa or Mastercard only cash.
